Refund & Cancellation

At Hirak Solutions, we strive to deliver exceptional digital products and services. We understand that sometimes situations change, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Refund Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any School-OS plan or other digital service, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis at the sole discretion of Hirak Solutions.

  • Domain registration fees (including domain name purchases and renewals) are strictly non‑refundable once the domain has been registered.
  • Any third‑party costs incurred during setup (such as SSL certificates, third‑party software licenses, or add‑on integrations) are also non‑refundable.
  • If a service has already been substantially delivered (e.g., a fully developed website has been handed over and accepted), refund requests may be denied.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send an email to info@hirak.in with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Invoice/Order ID]”. Include your full name, contact information, plan purchased, and the reason for the refund. We may ask for additional details to process your request smoothly.

Once your request is approved, refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or service agreement at any time by contacting us at info@hirak.in. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the term, except as expressly stated in our refund policy above.

Upon cancellation, access to the associated digital assets may be terminated, and any data hosted on our servers will be deleted after a 30‑day grace period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Non‑Refundable Items

  • Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals.
  • SSL certificates and third‑party software licenses.
  • Setup or installation fees for custom enterprise solutions.
  • Any service for which the 14‑day refund window has expired.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
